James is dedicated to helping individuals unleash their potential and achieve their goals through professional coaching. With a focus on personal growth and career advancement, he guides you towards a brighter and more fulfilling future.

James has been coaching individuals and teams in business for 15 years. This has ranged from 1-2-1s, to formal coaching, mentoring, focus on performance improvement, discovering training goals and paths to a successfull and fullfilling career. He has also written and reviewed hundreds of CVs and has intereviewed upwards of 50 for sales positions.  His coaching was formalised with the Chartered Management Institute certification in 2023 and a Level 5 Coaching Professional accreditation in 2024. He is also trained as a resolution manager, skilled in conflict management with the goal of achieving amicable and reasonable conclusions. 

Outside of work James has been coaching on the field with his son's local rugby team for 8 years and has also been working with young adults in various capacities at his local Scout Group. The 'lightbulb' moment was when his daughter needed support with a career choice. But, for those at school with less focus, do young adults wander into a default path with no plan or design? Do they consider what they actually want to do? Do they have an opinion that is not unduley influenced by peers, social media, the lure of riches or the promise of fame? 

How do you work backwards from your objective? By considering, through coaching, options and goals, the path can be planned, engineered and filled with purpose and design. James is passionate about coaching these big decisions. The choice of A levels will influence further education or other routes such as apprenticeship.
