"A safe space to share"
“This was my first coaching session with James. I really appreciated James talking though the contract with me; he did a good job of being clear with expectations, but also creating a safe space to share. I found James was empathetic, non-judgemental and a good listener. He enabled me to talk through the feelings I have whilst I am at work and see them in a different light, creating a plan for the next 3 weeks of achievable goals.

"More ownership and better discussions"
Since Daisy started coaching I have noticed her participating more in team meetings and speaking up. When she first joined the team there was a degree of imposter syndrome and in the last few months she has well and truly put this behind her. This means there is more interaction between team members in meetings, she takes more ownership for actions and outcomes, and we have better discussions. She started to find her spot in the group and that’s very helpful. From a personal development perspective, I’ve noticed her volunteer to take on more customer facing roles, something she is excellent at. Daisy is starting to grow into a well-rounded PM and I expect her to push for promotion next year, something she has previously been sceptical about.
